I was born in 2001 into a family that built one of China's leading industrial weighing manufacturers. Long before any formal education, I grew up on the factory floor at HENER -- surrounded by load cells, weighbridges, and the constant hum of production lines -- absorbing the language of precision engineering and manufacturing craftsmanship from the ground up.
I went on to pursue a B.A. at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB), where firsthand immersion in North American business culture and the world's most competitive marketing landscape sharpened my strategic thinking. I then completed an M.Sc. at University College London (UCL), deepening my expertise in analytical research, cross-cultural communication, and international trade dynamics -- experience that directly shapes how HENER approaches European and global markets today.
In 2022, I returned home to lead HENER's global marketing as Marketing & Brand Strategy Lead. I built our international digital presence from the ground up -- overseeing brand identity, content strategy, B2B lead generation, and trade-show campaigns across 50+ markets. What sets my approach apart is the rare combination of growing up inside the product and applying a modern, data-driven marketing lens to bring that story to the world.
