Can I order one pallet truck?
The minimum order for plain manual pallet trucks is 6 units. Orders below 6 units do not meet the MOQ.
How do I get a price?
Send your quantity, pallet size, loaded weight, destination and preferred finish. Add wheel or packing requirements if you know them. HENER can then prepare a configuration-based quotation.
Can I request a different colour?
Yes. Custom colours can be discussed alongside the configuration and order quantity. Exact shade, coating and any additional requirements are confirmed in the quotation.
Are freight and wooden packing included?
Ask for the delivery terms and packing format to be stated in your quotation. Wooden-crate or wooden-pallet packing is optional and quoted separately at additional cost.
How soon can my order be shipped?
Lead time depends on the configuration, quantity and production schedule. Include your required delivery date so HENER can confirm the timing for your order.
Do these pallet trucks include a scale?
No. The main offer is a plain manual pallet truck. If you need integrated weighing, ask about the separate pallet truck scale range and its commercial terms.
