Can I buy a single pallet jack?
Plain manual pallet jack orders start at 6 units. Single-unit orders do not meet the MOQ.
What information do you need for a price?
Send the order quantity, pallet dimensions, loaded weight and destination. Include wheel, finish and packing preferences if you know them.
Can I match my existing pallet jacks?
Share the current fork dimensions, wheel requirements and product photos, and explain what you want to retain or improve. HENER will confirm the configuration it can offer.
Does the quote include freight?
Ask for the destination, packing basis and delivery terms to be stated in the quotation. Freight and optional wooden packing should be confirmed with your order.
When can the order be ready?
Timing depends on the configuration, quantity and production schedule. Include your required delivery date so HENER can confirm the order timing.
Which pallet measurements should I send?
Include overall pallet dimensions, fork entry width and height, and any closed-bottom or restricted entry features. A pallet photo can help explain the layout.
Can I choose PU or nylon wheels?
Both are options to discuss. Describe the floor surface, joints, noise sensitivity and travel distance so HENER can confirm the wheel setup for your quotation.
Can I request a custom color?
Yes. Share your preferred color with the configuration and order quantity. Exact shade, finish and any additional requirements are confirmed in the quotation.
Does wooden packing reduce the minimum order?
No. The MOQ remains 6 plain manual pallet jacks. Wooden packing is optional and the number of units in each package is agreed separately.
Is weighing included in the main range?
No. This page primarily offers plain manual pallet jacks. Integrated weighing is a separate product option with different commercial terms.
