What is the maximum rated capacity for your truck scales?
Standard models are rated at 60, 80, and 100 metric tons. Heavy-duty variants using double U-beam construction are available up to 150 metric tons. Safe overload capacity is 150% of nominal rated load in all cases. Custom capacities are engineered on request with a dedicated FEA structural report.
How is ≤0.02% accuracy achieved and verified at the factory?
Each load cell undergoes individual temperature-compensation calibration across the full −30 °C to +70 °C operating range. The combined system accuracy (non-linearity + hysteresis + repeatability) is measured on our in-house 100-ton deadweight calibration rig traceable to CNBM national standards. A factory calibration certificate with raw data is shipped with every unit.
Can the deck length be customized for non-standard axle configurations?
Yes. Standard deck lengths are 6 m, 9 m, 12 m, 15 m, and 18 m. Any length from 4 m to 24 m can be produced in 0.5 m increments. Width options are 3.0 m and 3.4 m as standard; 3.6 m and 4.0 m are available with extended lead time. All custom dimensions are validated by our structural engineering team using FEA simulation before production.
What surface treatment is applied to prevent corrosion in coastal environments?
The standard treatment sequence is: (1) shot blasting to Sa 2.5, (2) two-component epoxy zinc-rich primer at 75 µm DFT, (3) polyurethane topcoat at 80 µm DFT, total ≥ 155 µm. For coastal or chemical environments, a hot-dip galvanizing option (85 µm average zinc coating per ISO 1461) is available. The deck checkerplate surface is additionally treated with anti-slip epoxy aggregate coating.
What is the minimum order quantity and typical lead time?
MOQ is 1 unit for standard configurations. Sample / prototype orders are accepted. Standard production lead time is 15-25 calendar days for stock configurations. Custom dimensions or OEM branding require 25-35 days. Bulk orders of 10+ units receive priority scheduling on our dedicated truck scale production line with a confirmed delivery schedule.
