Steel preparation, hydraulic component assembly, frame welding and final assembly turn the selected configuration into finished equipment.

Full-size steel plate is measured and processed before the fork and frame move to fabrication.

The pump and connected mechanical parts are assembled as a working unit before installation.
Join the frame.
A worker welds the steel structure that carries the forks, steering unit and load-wheel assembly.
Build on the factory floor.
Frame fabrication continues at a dedicated workbench with the structure held in position.
Complete the truck.
The handle, hydraulic unit, forks and wheels come together around the finished frame.

Plain trucks start from 6 units with compact transport packing as the cost-saving default. Wooden alternatives are separately priced. Weighing products retain their own 4-unit MOQ and wooden-crate rules.

Can I order only the plain pallet truck?
Yes. The weighing function is optional. Select the plain manual pallet truck in the inquiry form and use the 6-unit minimum order as your starting point.
Can I order fewer than six plain pallet trucks?
No. The stated MOQ for the plain manual pallet truck is 6 units. A smaller wooden pack or another packing arrangement does not reduce the order minimum.
Which dimensions should I send?
Send the pallet opening, fork-entry direction, preferred fork length and outside width, and any lowered-height or turning-space constraint. HENER should return the final overall L × W × H on the approved configuration drawing.
Which wheels and colors can I request?
PU and nylon wheel options are available. Red, yellow, blue and stainless finish directions are shown here; share the floor conditions and preferred color when requesting your configuration.
How is packing handled?
Plain manual pallet trucks use the compact wrapped and secured loading shown in the real transport images. Wooden crates or wooden pallets can be quoted at additional cost. Pallet jack scales follow separate wooden-crate packing of 2, 4 or 6 units with a 4-unit MOQ.
